  • Business Transfers

  • Targeted Advertising / Behavioral Advertising

Nevada privacy rights

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information that we have collected (or may collect) from you to data brokers or other third parties. California “shine the light” law

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Properties who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
